大连外国语大学2016年度孔子学院奖学金

Dalian University of Foreign Languages Confucius Scholarship (Year 2016)

“孔子学院奖学金”由孔子学院总部设立,旨在鼓励世界各国学生、汉语教师来华学习和研究汉语言文化。2016年度孔子学院奖学金申请办法如下:

Confucius Scholarship, established by the Confucius Institute headquarters, encourages students and Chinese teachers all over the world to study Chinese and the culture. The application of Confucius Scholarship in 2016 is as follows.

招生类别及申请条件

所有学生必须为非中国籍,身体健康,年龄不超过35周岁(其中汉语教师可放宽至45岁,本科生限20周岁,汉语专业或学习汉语两年以上者优先考虑)。

1.汉语国际教育专业硕士奖学金申请资格学习时间:学制两年
入学时间:2016年秋季申请资格:具有学士学位或相当学历;

HSK成绩不低于五级180分;
HSKK成绩不低于中级50分;书面承诺毕业后至少从事5年汉语教学工作。

2. 一学年研修+汉语国际教育专业硕士奖学金申请资格学习时间:学制三年
入学时间:2016年秋季申请资格:具有学士学位或相当学历的非洲和拉美地区学生;
新HSK成绩不低于三级180分;
HSKK成绩不低于初级60分;与孔子学院或拟任教单位签订协议;第一学年结束前需通过年度评审并达到HSK5级180分以上。


3. 汉语国际教育本科
学习时间:学制四年
入学时间:2016年秋季申请资格:具有高中以上学历的亚洲和非洲地区学生;
新HSK成绩不低于三级180分;
HSKK成绩不低于中级40分。


4.一学年研修生奖学金申请资格

学习时间:学制一年
入学时间:2016年秋季
申请资格:新HSK成绩不低于三级180分;

HSKK成绩不低于初级60分。

5.四周研修生奖学金申请资格

研修时间:2016年7月25日至8月19日

孔子学院(课堂)学员、HSK/BCT优秀考生和《孔子学院》期刊读者俱乐部优秀会员。申请者须提交HSK或BCT成绩报告,无来华留学经历。

TYPE AND APPLICATION MATERIALS

(1)Apply for Master's program of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (MTCSOL)Duration: 2 academic years

Enrollment time: Autumn of 2016
Eligibility: Obtained the bachelor degree or equivalent,

No less than 180 of new HSK Band 5,

No less than 60 of Intermediate HSKK,
A written promise of teaching Chinese at least for 5 years after graduation.

(2)Apply for 1 year+ MTCSOL Duration: 3 academic years
Enrollment time: Autumn of 2016
Eligibility: Obtained the bachelor degree or equivalent from African and Latin American,

No less than 180 of new HSK Band 3,
No less than 60 of Intermediate HSKK,
No less than 180 of HSK5 before the end of the first semester, The contract with the Confucius Institute or schools.

(3)Apply for Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages (BTCSOL)Duration: 4 academic years

Enrollment time: Autumn of 2016
Eligibility: Obtained at least the diploma certification from Asia and Africa,

No less than 180 of new HSK Band 3,

No less than 40 of Intermediate HSKK.

(4)Apply for One-year StudyDuration: 1 academic year

Enrollment time: Autumn of 2016
Eligibility: No less than 180 of new HSK Band 3,

No less than 60 of Primary HSKK.

(5)Apply for Four-week Study
Duration: July 25thto August 19th2016
The applicants should be members of Confucius Institute or Confucius Class, and get high scores in

HSK/BCT exams, or good members ofConfucius Instituteclub. The applicants should submit HSK/BCT reports and without any study experience in Chinese before.

奖学金内容及标准

1.免注册费、学费、提供住宿


2.按月发放奖学金生生活费3000RMB/月(申请汉语国际教育硕士)

按月发放奖学金生生活费2500RMB/月(申请研修生和本科生)

3.提供门诊医疗服务和来华留学生综合保险

STANDARD OF SCHOLARSHIP

(1) Exempt from fees of registration, tuition, text books and accommodation. (2) Provide living expenses of 3000RMB/month for MTCSOL;

2500RMB/month for research students and postgraduate students. (3) Provide out-patient service and comprehensive medical insurance

申请、录取及报到

1.申请

登录孔子学院奖学金网站http://cis.chinese.cn/ .并准备好申请材料,于5月30日前将材料邮寄至我校。

申请者须按如下要求提交材料(均一式两份):

a《孔子学院奖学金申请表》:此表需登录孔子学院奖学金网站在线填写、提交并打印签字后报送我校;

b护照照片页复印件;


c申请陈述:申请者必须用中文介绍汉语学习背景、来华学习计划及目标等,字数不少于800字,打印并签字。

d汉语水平证明:申请者必须提供新HSK和HSKK成绩报告复印件(或相关汉语水平材料证明);


e学历证明和成绩证明:奖学金申请者须提交经过公证的最高学历证明,学校的成绩证明以及两名教授或副教授的推荐信(用中文或英文书写);


f.承诺书:申请者必须提交毕业后至少从事5年汉语教学工作的承诺书(用中文书写并签名);


g.未满18周岁者须提交委托在华法定监护人的法律文件;

h.比赛优胜者须提供获奖证明和赛区主办单位出具的推荐函;

i.汉语教师须提交就职机构出具的执教年限及周授课时数证明;

j.申请一学年研修+汉语国际教育专业硕士奖学金者需提交与孔子学院或拟任教单位签订的协议。

APPLICATION, ADMISSION AND ENROLLMENT

(1)Application
Applicants shall apply online http://cis.chinese.cn/ after login a personal account. Prepare all the

documents and post to us before May 10th.

APPLICATION DOCUMENTS (in duplication):

a. Application Form for Confucius Scholarship: Applicants shall apply online on http://cis.chinese.cn/ after login a personal account. After submitting online application, applicants shall print the application form, sign, and send to our university.


b.Copy of the passport (the page with the applicant’s photo).

c. An application statement of Chinese study experiences, research plan and objectives in China (in Chinese and no less than 800 words), print and sign.


d.Copy of the transcripts of new HSK and HSKK certificates or relative documents which can certify the applicants’ Chinese level.

e.Highest diploma and transcripts (both are notarized photocopy). And two letters of recommendation in Chinese or English by professors or associate professors.


f. A written promise of teaching Chinese at least for 5 years after graduation (in Chinese and sign).


g. For applicants that have not reached 18 years old, they have to provide legal documents of the legal guardians in China.

h. Award certifications and letter of recommendation by the conference organizers.


i. Chinese teachers have to provide certifications of teaching years and weekly teaching hours by the inaugural institutions.


j. The contract with the Confucius Institute or schools for students who apply for one year + MTCSOL

2.录取及报到
孔子学院总部在2016年7月将发布奖学金录取结果,录取院校将《录取通知书》、JW202表等统一寄达申请者。奖学金获得者按照通知书上的报到日期如期报到,无法按期报道者奖学金资格不予保留。

注:申请者可通过个人账户在孔子学院奖学金网站查询录取结果。

(2) Admission and Enrollment

The Confucius Institute headquarters will release the result of admission in July 2016 and then we will send the Admission Notice and JW202 form to the applicants. The applicants should enroll on the date written on the Admission Notice. The scholarship will not be provided if applicants can not enroll on time.
